Automatic Wood Pallet Nailing Machine, Wood Pallet Making & Production Line Equipment

This automatic Euro & American style wood pallet nailing machine is designed for one-shot pallet forming.
Operators manually place planks, stringers and blocks, positioned by machine stops and gauges.
After material loading, simply press the start button. The machine automatically conveys the pallet to the nailing station,
und die 6 nail guns complete top and bottom nailing in one cycle. Finished pallets will be stacked automatically by the rear stacker for easy forklift handling.

It adopts Delta (Taiwan) touchscreen control system. Users can preset nail quantity, nail spacing
and pallet size on the screen. After parameter configuration, operators only need to trigger the
machine start button to avoid wrong nailing operations.

Equipped with 6 Stanley nail guns (3 pcs N58 + 3 pcs N70), the machine supports plywood, solid wood and pallet blocks.
It can process pallets up to 800*1900 mm. With 1.2KW servo motor, feeding and discharging speed reach 80m/min.
380V 3-phase power supply and 0.8Mpa air pressure are required. Ideal equipment for mass production of Euro and American wood pallets.
