Brief introduction of wood sawdust pallet block machine:

1) The wood block machine is mainly used to make blocks/feet/log for wooden pallet and wooden boxes, which can be used in packing industrial and logistics transportation.

2) The raw material is mainly wood waste materials, such as wood shavings, wood sawdust and so on.

3) We dry the wood shavings with 8%-10% moisture and then mix with glue(15% glue+85% raw material), finally the mixed material will be press into block by the compressed wood blocks making machines under high pressure and high temperature.

4) The block can be made into with one hole in the center or without hole.

5) The compressed wood blocks making machines is made with high waterproof performance.

6) The final pallet block's size can be customized according to customer's requirement, one machine can make two different sizes block.

7) They can be put into water for 48 hours without break.
